About me

I'm Fay Turner and I'm a Memory Bear and keepsake maker in Bolton and serve family's all over the North West of England.

I've been making Bears and Keepsakes since my mother died and I created some for my children to remember her by and now I can't imagine doing anything else.

I love to create bespoke Bears and keepsakes that capture all the important and lighthearted memories that cherished clothes can bring.

What items do I need for a Memory Bear?

You need a piece of clothing that as soon as you pick it up you automatically remember that special time. Was it a holiday or a special occasion? Did they wear it all the time? I can make keepsakes either from just one top to a patchwork of different fabrics

Does it have to be matching ?

Not at all the fabrics can be different weight and different colours it doesn't matter

Sometimes the more eclectic the mix the better the Quilt or Bear!
